So, I wanted to start the new year off with some of my favorite BEYONCE songs!!! :) Lately, I've been listening to her a lot and I thought it was only fitting to share with you guy's the songs that I can't get out of my head. So, here's to "XO", "Flawless", and "7/11" by none other than Queen Bee herself. I feel like these songs are the best songs BeyoncĂ© has ever put out (In my opinion). They're just so creative and raw. I don't know. Every time I hear them, I instantly get up, dance, and sing every word off key. LOL!!!

Waiting For This Love Genre: Pop

Merry almost Christmas you guys! So, I wanted to wait until next week to post a song by this artist because I had something special planned for next week, but oh well. The song this week is by Austin Mahone and it's called "Waiting for this love". It's one of his new songs. I absolutely love this song. I never really paid that much attention to Austin Mahone; until now. He was always just that cute guy with brown eyes, but I've recently grown to love his voice. It's quite peaceful. #Mahomie

Mirror vs. Problem Genre: Electropop

Hey!!! So, my favorite artist this week is Natalia Kills. I love her!!! Her music is so sexy. I just love how when she sings, she sings with such fierceness. She screams "BADASS"  It's awesome. So, I got two songs by her and if you haven't heard any of them then you've been living under a rock. They're called "Mirror" and "Problem"
"Mirror" is one of her older songs, but it's new to me. I heard it on Monday after being on Youtube for about an hour. I have a problem. Youtube has become my life ever since last year.
Hi, my name is Lyric and I'm obsessed with Youtube. LOL. OH WELL.
Any way, check out these two songs and give them a thumbs up.

Blame-Savin' Me-Breath Of A Life Genre: Pop, Rock n Roll, R&B

Hey everyone! So, this week I actually have three new songs for you guys. At first, I was only going to choose one song, but I love them all so much I just decided to put them all.

So, the first song is called "Blame" by Calvin Harris featuring John New
man. This song is amazing. It's one of those songs that just gets you going. Seriously, every time I listen to it, I just have to get up and start dancing. I think what does it for me is John's voice because it's so unique. He has that voice that could potentially to put you to sleep. It's very angelic.

The second song is called "Savin' Me' and it's by Nickleback. I absolutely love their music. I admire the passion they express within their voices. To me they tell a story with every song they put out. I don't know. I find this song to be very pretty and the music video is even better because it really makes you think, what would you do if you could see the life span of others? How would you react and what would you do if time was running out for people? Do you stand there and watch or do you save them?

The last song is a cover for the song "Breath Of A Life" by Florence and the Machine. The guy singing, his name is Hassan Ramzy. Once again, I stumbled upon this after roaming the internet for about an hour. LOL!!! I actually heard his voice after I watch a video where someone used his cover music for the background. After I heard his voice I immediately searched for the extended version and I found it on his personal youtube page. I personally like it so, I would like to suggest that everyone go to his page, subscribe and then hit the like button cause the guys voice is beautiful. Just saying!!!!

John Doe: Genre- Hip-Hop/Rap

I know I already posted my song of the week, but I was in the hallway today singing a song and I instantly got excited. I'm not sure how or why I started singing this song, but I did and I was surprised by the fact that I still remembered the words. It's called "John Doe" by B.o.B ft. Priscilla. The song's a year old so, you don't hear it that much anymore. Literally, this song was one of those songs that got played on the radio every five minutes. Surprisingly, it was one of those songs that I didn't mind being played a thousand times. I like B.o.B's style of rapping. It's old school rap mixed with new school rap. I love it. The song itself is very powerful and so very true. How we as people are sometimes forced or choose to change parts of ourselves in order to accomplish something we so desperately want. While in the process we end up developing bad habits. It just puts a lot of things into perspective. Anyway, the sing is great and I dare everyone to listen to it!!!

Lost: Genre- R&B

Sup you guys!!!! So, this week my new favorite song is called "Lost" by Frank Ocean. I literally was thinking about him like three days ago and I was saying how I haven't heard anything from him in a while. Then, yesterday I'm sitting in the car and Frank Ocean just pops up on the screen. His voice is very soothing. I don't know what it is about his voice, but I just feel like melted chocolate when I listen to him.  ;)
That may sound creepy, but oh well. What do you guys think about it?
Rate it from 1 to 10 and tell me why you rated it that way. Peace!!!
